Four to five-page instruction sheets on a process or action within the topic scope.
Guided Tours:
ServiceNow based tours (using ServiceNow training engine). Short graphical demonstrations with step-by-step walkthroughs and bubble text call outs.
Training Presentations:
Detailed and customized training presentations are Used to transfer the best practice and process elements designed as part of the solution implementation.
