This step confirms the compelling need to change and involves communicating the value of the change at all levels and roles within your organization. The objective is to address change fears and change fatigue and provide a solid reason why the change is needed. Providing the ‘why’ and ‘what’s in it for me’ increases adoption.
We partner with you to create the vision of the desired end state and address how the changes will affect each stakeholder.
We define the key roles and responsibilities of those affected and communicate how the changes will benefit each stakeholder.
This is where we incorporate the overall OCM strategy and messaging into our training and enablement approach, on your platform! Our training is always customized to match and reinforce the overall OCM plan.
Once approval is obtained, we implement the changes and reaffirm the ‘why’ and ‘what’s in it for me’ messaging to promote adoption throughout the organization.
